一、会议简介  

第五届遥感技术与应用国际会议（The 5th Int'l Conference on Remote Sensing Technologies and Applications）定于2019年7月19-21日在中国桂林隆重举行。会议旨在为从事遥感技术与应用研究的专家学者、工程技术人员、技术研发人员提供一个共享科研成果和前沿技术，了解学术发展趋势，拓宽研究思路，加强学术研究和探讨的平台。大会诚邀国内外高校、科研机构专家、学者，企业界人士及其他相关人员参会交流。

二、论文评审及出版  

所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将发表在国际开源期刊上。

三、投稿方式（两种方式任选一种即可）  

1. 在线投稿：请将排版好的论文全文投稿至ICRSTA投稿系统。  

2. 邮箱投稿：请把排版好的论文全文发送至官方邮箱: intelconf@163.com 

四、参会方式 （注：会议有特邀报告、口头报告及海报展示环节）   

1、特邀专家：申请主题演讲，发送简历至组委会审核；   

2、作者参会：一篇录用文章允许一名作者参会；  

3、口头演讲：投递摘要，时间为10-15分钟；   

4、海报展示：投递摘要，申请海报展示；   

5、听众参会：不投稿仅参会

五、注册费用  

Package A: 仅参会（无报告） USD 400 (RMB 2400)   

Package B: 参会 + 摘要报告 USD 450 (RMB 2700)   

Package C: 参会 + 全文发表 + 报告 USD 600 (RMB 3600)
